Job Summary

The LPN is an employee responsible for performing tasks such as physical examinations and health history management/Assessment. They will also provide therapeutic interventions and deliver interceptive treatments. PineBridge LPN will educate clients as well as Personal care Staff about the client’s health.

                                                                                        Qualifications

The applicant must have at a minimum 1 year of experience and must be listed on the NC Board of Nursing without deficiencies. Must have some experience in home care setting. Must have some supervisory experience including great communication skills. Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.

                                                                               Responsibilities & Duties

  • Check Blood pressure, temps and respiratory
  • Report on changes in conditions of the client being serviced by PineBridge
  • Perform Assessment and Care Plan update
  • Coordinate Clients treatments according to their physicians
  • Supervise all personal care staff that re hired to perform personal Care service
  • Provide education to clients and families on proper home care procedures and strategies
  • Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the clients, so they remain independent in their home
